Today I will not talk about vocabulary or critical thinking...but I will talk for them both as one and the question is not "can we use critical thinking to teach vocabulary?" but the real question in this blog is " How can we teach enough vocabulary without it?" To be honest, I had to google it before writing. And I am sure that you are wondering what is cooperative learning? Well, cooperative learning is an educational approach which aims to organize classroom activities into academic and social learning experiences. In other words, it is the process of breaking the classroom into small groups so they discover a new concept together and help each other learn. Studies have shown that PBL makes the class more productive than individual work. Students are in the center of the lesson and this increases their self confidence.
