today we will talk about E-assessment. Firstly, What is E-Assessment?

It refers to the use of information technology in various ways to assess the performance and measure student learning. The concept of e-assessment was presented to overcome all the traditional pens and papers assessment modes.


E-assessment is a precious tool in Education system for some reasons. It has a lot of benefits for students in terms of learning and memorizing the material as well as increasing their skills with their chosen topic. E-assessment offers many advantages over traditional pen and paper exams.

The feedback given can also be bigger by technology as it may contain links to interactive material, as well as reading, videos etc. so that students can be directed to follow  self-directed learning  for their particular difficulties.
